Stoncast
Light Weight / High Strength
Stonecast’s finished parts have a specific gravity of 0.9, approximately the weight of most hardwoods. When properly designed, it provides excellent toughness and structural strength for architectural and other applications.
Dimensional Stability
Stonecast has the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion (CET) of any urethane casting resin currently available. Stonecast parts can be bonded to metal, concrete, and wood without concern for detachment, warpage or cracking over a wide range of temperatures.
Weatherability
When used with UV resistant coatings, Stonecast is ideal for outdoor applications, which require long-term durability and appearance

Heat Resistance
Stonecast performs well under high heat conditions in continuous usage at 150°F. It will not sag or warp up to 180° F and maintains 68D hardness at 200°F.
