At a glass
recycling plant in Ballymount - Dublin, in the Republic of Ireland, Mr.
Danny Moore operates 6 days a week in recycling millions of glass
bottles. The facility is known as the Rehab Recycling Partnership, a
Gandon Enterprise. A charity
organization that employs for the most part individuals with
disabilities. Mr. Moore explains that when you operate six days a week,
from 6:30 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening and process 150 tons of
glass per day, which is the equivalent of 6 million bottles, you cannot
afford downtime on any equipment used. As Mr. Moore has stated, "We
wouldn’t be operational without Arnco flatproofing -our tires would be
flat every five
minutes without it."
As the Operations
Manager, Mr. Moore is extremely pleased to see that flatproofing allows
them to work every minute that the CAT-IT14G Loader is in use and that
the tires, which are regularly two Michelin in the rear and two
Firestone in the front, remain
operational. The tires are 15.5R25 and are supplied and filled with
Arnco RePneu by local dealer, Philip White Tyres of Dublin and Armagh. |
